• We aim to deliver all orders within 3 working days.
• Orders placed before 1:00pm will be dispatched the same day.
• Delivery is free for all orders of £50.00 and over.
• For orders under £50.00 there is a standard delivery charge of £4.99.
• Heavy items may incur a delivery surcharge. It will be stated in the product description if this is the case. Delivery surcharges will not be added to the shopping cart. Once your order is placed we will send you a PayPal invoice for the additional amount. Please contact us for delivery charges on these items.

Livestock
For many years we have shipped livestock all over the UK and have a 100% record. Our knowledge in packing and transporting Koi combined with a reliable courier service ensures the Koi reach you in the excellent condition in which they left our premises.
Koi can be purchased directly from our site but we advise that you call us with the code and details so we can do the transaction over the phone. This way the availability of the Koi can be checked and a specific delivery time can be arranged so that no problems occur.
The delivery cost per box is £25.00 (UK Mainland). If a purchase is made directly through our site again a postage surcharge will be added and we would contact you to take payment for this and arrange the delivery time. If for any reason the Koi is unavailable we will issue a full refund.
Returns & Damaged Goods
• We will not accept any returns without prior notification.
• Returns for all goods will be at your expense and the goods will remain your responsibility until safely received by us.
• If any items are found to be damaged or incomplete after opening you should contact us within 24 hours of signing for the delivery.
• Any unwanted goods must be retuned within 14 days in their original condition and packaging.
• Any items received damaged must not be signed for and returned to the delivery company immediately.
• You must return faulty products within 7 working days for inspection before a new item will be dispatched.
Ordering Methods
Telephone – Simply call us with the product information, your credit card details, full postal address and you can place you order.
Online – Browse through our range of products and offers and place your order through our secure online shopping facility. All payments are powered by PayPal. Simply add your required products to the cart go through the checkout and receive your order a few days later.
